| Wesley Construction Company utilizes industry standard office suite and scheduling software as the basis for our project management. This integrated software allows for the exchange of project information, which is necessary for project delivery. We also maintain on-line access for team collaboration; to manage the various documents and provide access to essential project information. |

| Scheduling |
| A detailed plan is critical for delivering any product. We identify critical path elements of the project to be monitored on a regular basis, and using the bar chart format, provide a tool to manage the project's overall progress. We encourage Subcontractor participation when preparing the project schedule, soliciting their input and constraints. |
| Project Cost Control |
| To maintain financial control of the project, project cost reports are utilized as a management tool to track job cost per cost code. A detailed forecast is generated regularly to ensure the project objectives are met. |
