  • Value Engineering - comparison of alternative material selections and means/methods to control, and reduce costs.


Project Management

Construction Phase Consulting
  • Construction  Administration - supervision and coordination of work.
  • Post Construction - claims analysis, including forensic estimating & accountability review.
  • Expert Witness - services for representation during claim review or settlement.
