We can provide assistance to both the Owner and Contractor by providing basic project management tools for use during the construction
phase:

CONTRACT DOCUMENT: initiate a document log for use as an attachment to prime contract or subcontracts.

SUBMITTALS: initiate a submittal log register based upon the contract documents and construction schedule to assist in the timely
procurement of materials.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: initiate a log of clarifications and confirmations of pre-construction items.

REQUEST FOR CHANGE ORDER/CHANGE ORDER: initiate a log for maintaining change order information.

DELAY: initiate a log of responsibility for schedule delays.

MEETING MINUTES: initiate the action meeting minute format for progress meetings.
Owner's Representation - Acting as the Owner's Representative we can:
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS: review the document logs previously listed on this page.

SCHEDULE: review updates to the construction schedule.

PROGRESS INSPECTIONS: monitor progress on a monthly basis (usually coordinated with pay application review).

CONTRACT COMPLIANCE: assist in verifying and enforcing the terms and conditions of the contract documents.

JOB COSTING: assist in setting up a control budget to maintaining job costs. The budget can be established to track labor, material,
equipment and subcontract values for use in comparing cost to date and forecast of completion.
