SERVICES: services are provided on a LUMP SUM or an HOURLY RATE basis. When working on an hourly rate basis, there are no additional multipliers and all hours billed are itemized by day, by duty.
EXPENSES: Incurred expenses (lump sum or hourly rate basis) are billed at cost, without markups, itemized with supporting documentation. Typical expenses include travel related costs, copy/fax and next day delivery services. We do not charge for incidental office supplies.
PAYMENTS
LUMP SUM: payments for services are due and payable in two installments. A 50% retainer is payable upon acceptance of our services and must be received prior to us releasing the information for your use. The remaining payment is due and payable within fifteen (15) days of invoice receipt for the balance due; no retainage shall be with held.
HOURLY RATE PLUS EXPENSES SERVICES: we invoice upon completion of services for assignments less than one month; longer assignments will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Please be advised, depending on the scope of the work, a retainer maybe required and will be determined upon acceptance of the HOURLY RATE agreement. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice receipt for the balance due; no retainage shall be with held.
